Scott Lindenberg

Scott Lindenberg is director of Student Media at the University of South Carolina. He oversees operations of The Daily Gamecock student newspaper, Garnet & Black student magazine, WUSC-FM student radio and SGTV student television.

Lindenberg has worked in public relations positions with the Cultural Council, Fleet Mortgage and School District Five of Richland and Lexington Counties. He currently serves on the South Carolina Press Association Collegiate Committee and is the programs chair for the American Advertising Federation of the Midlands.  He also serves on multiple University committees including the Environmental Advisory, Emergency Communications and Commencement committees.

Lindenberg is a native of Virginia Beach and a graduate of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va. He completed his graduate degree in journalism and mass communications from USC in 2001.
