Jeff Stensland Jeff Stensland is Director of Communications for the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, the agency that administers the state's $5 billion Medicaid program. Stensland is responsible for coordinating public relations and outreach efforts to beneficiaries and health care providers and serves as the agency spokesman. From 2000-2005, Stensland was a reporter for The State newspaper in Columbia. He covered business, education and South Carolina politics. A native of Illinois, Stensland holds a bachelor¹s degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago and a MMC degree from the University of South Carolina. |
